Mitre 10 takes out July Colmar Brunton Ad Impact Award

The competition for July’s Colmar Brunton Ad Impact Award was closer than ever, with several campaigns scoring very highly. The worthy winner this month, however, was Mitre 10 for its best all round performance and heart-warming story in their TV ad, ‘With You All the Way’. This advert tells the story of a Kiwi bloke wanting to build him and his partner’s dream gazebo for their garden but not knowing where to start – until he enters Mitre 10. This campaign has struck gold with our viewers who really related to the engrossing storyline that features a Mitre 10 staff member in the role of hero who helps the dream come true.
