What is the minimum number of Standpoints I need to redeem a GiftPay voucher?

For 28 Standpoints, you are eligible for a $5.00 e-voucher. To view the amount and number of vouchers you can redeem – press the Redeem Points button on your Points page to see the different amounts of GiftPay vouchers you are currently entitled to.

Notification emails will come from survey@consumerlink.co.nz, the same email address that sends out survey invites.

I’ve done a few surveys and my Standpoints are not showing in my account

Standpoints are usually processed within 14 days after the survey close date stated on the survey invite, not from the date you completed the survey on.
