I get the technical error page

Sometimes you may encounter this issue due to the internet browser setting in the device you are using to access this survey. If this happens, please do the survey on a different browser or on another device (Just copy and paste the survey link on another browser).

Please also note that the survey will time out each time you refresh/close or open the survey, you will need to wait for 10 minutes to be able to access the survey again.

If you are still unable to do the survey, please send us the screenshot of the issue along with the version of the browser you are using and we will look into the matter.
