I received a notification that I won in the prize draw, how do I know if the email is legit?

Notification emails for cash or voucher prizes would be coming from [email protected], from the same email address that sends out survey invites.

I’ve done a few surveys and my FlyBuys points are not showing in my FlyBuys account

Fly Buys points are processed 14 days after the survey close date mentioned in the survey invite. To know more you can click here Kantar Flybuys.

I need a new FlyBuys card/I haven’t received an item I have redeemed through FlyBuys

As the research company, Kantar New Zealand do not issue FlyBuys cards. You need to contact FlyBuys directly via flybuys.co.nz or by calling the Fly Buys Service Centre on 0800 359 2897 and they will be happy to assist you with this.

May I opt for Airpoints instead of FlyBuys points

Unfortunately, Kantar New Zealand can only issue FlyBuys points and not Airpoints which is why, when signing up for our panel, new members cannot use their Airpoints FlyBuys card number to register for Colmar Brunton surveys.
